Wednesday Quotable Qoutes: Introduction

I've always been a collector of quotes ever since I became a movie and book junkie. I would write all the quotes I find very inspirational or just AWESOME.

So, I figured I should feature my doodles on the quotes I collect twice a month and that would be every Wednesday. I'm actually excited since I've doodled a lot already. I even post them on my bedroom wall just below my Naruto Poster.
There..there... If Chloe Sullivan has her own Wall of Weird, well, I've got my own Wall of Quotes

Here is my Dan Brown quote from his book Digital Fortress:

"Everything is possible. The impossible just takes longer."

Totally make sense, Right??

We'll here is something that really made me smile. A quote by Dr. Seuss that says,

"Don't cry because it's over. Smile because it happened."

Sometimes we just have to let go of things and be thankful that at least it happened to us. It's simply being Optimistic.

Here is a quote from the author of Tuesdays with Morrie, Mitch Albom.

"Death ends a life. Not a relationship."

Indeed, it is true. When people are dead, they're not totally gone. They may not exist anymore but their memories will always stay and our relationship with them will be part of it. As long as we remember them, they're never really gone.

Who would ever forget Nicholas Spark's novel "A Walk to Remember". I watched the movie first, read the book and watched the movie again and I got the same reaction. I was really moved by it. It was indeed a tear-jerker.  Mandy Moore and Shane West really did great on this film.

"Love is like the wind. We don't see it but we feel it."

Well.. well. Of course, here is something with a similar story pattern of Nicholas Spark's A Walk to Remember. The only difference is that this one is a Super Sick Love Story. Here's John Green's The Fault in Our Stars quote which really got me.

Here is a quote from one of my favorite authors Jane Austen in my favorite piece Pride and Prejudice.

"Our scars make us know that our past was for real."

I haven't read the final book the The Selection trilogy but this quote from Kiera Cass' The One really makes me excited. I heard a lot of negative reviews about it. I love Book One. The Elite was kind of OK and I'm not sure what I'll feel for The One but I'm really excited to read this line...

"Break my heart. Break it a thousand times. It was only yours to break anyway."

For my 8th doodle quotes, this one is from my favorite Rainbow Rowell's novel "Attachment".

"Things get better, hurt less over time. If you let them."

Now, this one is from the latest book I have reviewed, Jenny Han's To All the Boys I Loved Before.

"Love is scary. It changes, it can go away. That's part of the risk. I don't want to be scared anymore."

This one is different. This is not from a book. This quote is from a romantic-comedy film set in France entitled "Girl on a Bicycle".

"If love doesn't have the power to forgive, what kind of love is it?"

And so that's it for my first ever Wednesday Quotable Quotes. Stay tuned for my second doodle quotes this month. You can see my other doodle quotes at Instagram and Tumblr. Follow me there.

Opps.. before I forget. Here's something I came up after making a collage from my recent doodles

    1. Don't think too much when doodling. Just let your hands do the magic. I don't usually think about designs when lettering the quotes. You'll be surprise with the results. Thanks for dropping by. :)

  2. These are pretty awesome doodles! I usually do this on my journal, but it's private so nothing will ever be shown online!
